Affordability and Choice Today (ACT) encourages regulatory reform in
Canadian municipalities that leads to greater housing affordability,
choice and quality. Since 1990, ACT projects have provided solutions
and lessons learned that contribute to advancing sustainable
development through alternative development standards, design
guidelines, infill housing, secondary suites, conversion of office
buildings to residential and more.
